Refund policy

To ensure a smooth and seamless ordering experience at Convae, we've simplified our return policy.

Convae operates on limited production runs, with each piece produced in small batches to maintain quality and exclusivity.

Due to this model, we currently do not accept returns unless the product has incorrect item delivered.

We sincerely encourage customers to review size charts and product details carefully before placing an order. If you require assistance with sizing, our team is always happy to help prior to purchase.

Unused Product

• Return Period: Returns are accepted only within 7 days of receiving your order.
• Condition: The product must be untampered, with seals, and other packaging materials intact. Opened or used boxes will not be accepted.
• Charges: Reverse pick-up charges apply.
• Refund: Once the returned item passes our quality check, your refund will be processed within 10–12 working days.

Damaged Product / Missing Items / Incorrect Order

• Reporting Period: Contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
• Required Proof: Share the unboxing video and images of the packaging and products.

  • Investigation: Upon investigation, we will arrange a reverse pickup for the product.
  • Compensation: We will issue a replacement or a full refund. Replacements are subject to product availability.
  • Limitations: No additional compensation or freebies will be provided. Liability is limited to the value of the order/product.

Size Trials (Multiple Quantities of the Same Style)

If two or more units of the same product/style are ordered in different sizes for trial purposes, please note that only one unit is eligible for return and refund.
This ensures product hygiene, quality control, and fairness across our community.

Discounted & Coupon Code Orders

Orders placed using prepaid benefits, discount codes, promotional offers, or during sale periods are considered final sale.
Such items can only be exchanged for size (subject to availability) or are otherwise considered final sale.
This ensures transparent pricing and sustainable operations across all our collections.

 

CONVAE reserves the right to make policy decisions in such cases.
